Rolando Toledo has been General Manager at Red Científica Peruana (RCP) since 2001. He administers the Peruvian internet country code (.pe) and manages Yachay.pe, a telecommunication platform for small and medium-sized enterprises. He serves on ICANN’s Country Code Name Support Organization (ccNSO) Council.

Rolando is founder and director of lamula.pe, the first Peruvian platform for citizen journalism. He teaches journalism and Internet at the Peruvian University for Applied Sciences. Rolando studied social anthropology and marketing, and holds both a Master of Business Administration (ESAN, Lima) and a Bachelor of Economics (Carlos III University, Madrid). He recently produced his first documentary film, “Sigo siendo” (I continue to be), directed by Javier Corcuera.
