Theory of Change, Theory of Action
Strategy development in media is often faciliated by tools and concepts for analysis and strategic thinking. They help to form the project out of a first idea. Teams can be brought together with well selected theoretical approaches, visualizations and faciliation techniques. In this workshop, participants presented and discussed different concepts and tools used by various institutions.
